What is SuiteFit?
SuiteFit is a residential wellness platform that connects residents with certified personal trainers directly within their community fitness center. We help apartment communities enhance resident wellness, increase engagement, and maintain oversight of on-site fitness activities.
Are the trainers background-checked?
Yes. All trainers must successfully complete a third-party background screening, maintain active professional certifications, and carry liability insurance before being approved on the platform.
Does SuiteFit require any upfront investment from communities?
No. SuiteFit is a zero-CAPEX amenity solution. There are no equipment purchases, staffing costs, or implementation fees required for participating communities.
How does revenue sharing work?
Participating communities may earn a share of revenue generated through personal training services booked within their property. Revenue-sharing structures vary based on portfolio size and partnership agreements.
Can property managers monitor activity within their community?
Yes. Property teams can access trainer profiles, view upcoming appointments, review session history, and maintain visibility into fitness activities occurring within their community through the SuiteFit platform.
Can residents use SuiteFit if their building does not have a formal partnership agreement?
Yes. SuiteFit operates under a Resident-Invitee model, allowing residents to invite approved trainers into their community fitness center while following all applicable property rules and regulations.
How does SuiteFit ensure quality and safety?
SuiteFit verifies trainer certifications, conducts background screening, requires liability insurance, and provides activity tracking tools to help maintain a safe and professional fitness experience.
What services are available through SuiteFit?
SuiteFit currently supports one-on-one personal training sessions. Group fitness classes are planned for future release as part of our platform expansion roadmap.
How much does a personal training session cost?
Trainers set their own hourly rates in the SuiteFit app, typically $75 to $150 per hour depending on experience. Residents choose the session length when booking, and the price includes the trainer's travel to your community.
